OpenRoad is the largest automotive dealer group in British Columbia. Formidable challenges ahead are expected in this highly competitive industry, not only from fellow dealer competitors but also from the increasing disruption from rapidly growing online dealers. To address the challenges ahead, OpenRoad needs to offer a better competitive advantage by adapting faster to scalable, scalable, efficient operations and effective marketing. In other words, OpenRoad must be data-driven and agile.

Therefore OpenRoad wants to build a system called Customer 360 that can be used by companies to see the customer side more broadly (360 degrees). This includes integrating enterprise systems with customer information, devices, channels, and products to enhance the customer experience and maximize the value that will be delivered to the customer.

Overview

In this writing, I will discuss the process of creating a Customer 360 Application. OpenRoad wants to build a system called Customer 360 that can be used by companies to see the customer side more broadly (360 degrees).

Approach

To help us identify and understand the problems, and challenges facing the company, and their key strengths, we conducted in-depth interviews with relevant stakeholders and extensive literature research, then extracted & analyzed the results.

Goals

By using this 360° Customer system, companies can see the customer side as follows

  • Better personalized offers

By integrating all customer information, be it the number of purchases, products purchased, customer business information, and so on, it will be easier for companies to personalize in sending new offers for cross-selling and upselling purposes.

  • Reduce customer churn

With modeling and analysis systems that can increase the effectiveness in identifying customers, companies can reduce customer churn ratios. Because companies can be more active in increasing purchase retention from existing customers with a more targeted approach.

  • Care more about customers

With a lot of data collected in a system, companies can more easily monitor and unite all customers. Thus, the company can also increase its sense of care for its customers.

UI Design

These are some of the screens I designed for the OpenRoad C360 App. I focused on making the interface easy for users to understand, and tried to streamline a lot of pages to the most important. Above all, I try to emphasize minimalism and usability in design.
